Cailie Currin, owner of Move to Live, LLC (MTL), has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for many years. She earned her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2015. In addition to yoga, Cailie holds a personal training certification from NASM and CrossFit Level 1 trainer status through CrossFit, Inc., and a Nutrition and Healthy Living Certification from Cornell University.

Through her many years of practice, Cailie has found yoga to be a source of personal and physical resiliency that helps her maintain the lifestyle she wants and the other activities that she enjoys. When she purchased a physical studio in 2018, she anticipated retaining that space for the then-foreseeable future. But COVID-19 changed all that. And in now, who doesn’t need a little resiliency? 

Cailie has become increasingly aware of the many ways in which we are all told we are not good enough, especially in the fitness and nutrition space. Most commonly we are told that something is wrong with our bodies and that we should have changing our body as a goal. The message is loud and clear that we are not ok as we are. My message is quite different! I want to have fun in the body I have. I want you to have fun in the body you have. I want you to eat what makes you happy. I want you to move in a way that makes you happy, whether that is gentle walking, vigorous activities, or anything in between. You will be your healthiest self if you are happy and doing things you love! All are welcome at Move to Live.

All this led to Cailie making the exciting decision to adopt a business model based exclusively on the services that she is passionate about and teaches herself. She looks forward to hearing what you are passionate about!
